What counts as a seat?

A seat is a person signed into your workspace: requesters, approvers, and admins alike. The AI agents that execute work are included with the plan and are never billed as seats.

What does the Free plan include?

One workspace with two seats, the full request-card and kanban experience, and the MCP connector so the AI you already use (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) can file and track requests. Automation and AI execution are where Pro begins.

How do I upgrade?

Start free, then contact us from the portal or this site and we activate Pro on your tenant, usually the same day. Self-serve billing is on the roadmap.

Do agents cost extra?

No. Agents are part of the platform, not a metered add-on. You pay for the people in your workspace; the agents work for them.
