Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mesite, the agentic demand orchestration platform provided by Mesitelab (“Mesitelab”, “we”, “us”), and the website at mesitelab.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Mesite lets your team capture natural-language requests, record them in a system of record you own, route them to the right owner, apply your approval rules, and notify requesters. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for the conduct of the members you invite to your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others through the Service;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • probe, scan, or breach the tenant isolation or security of the Service; or
  • resell or misrepresent the Service.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is offered at no cost with the limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans unlock additional capabilities. Fees, seat counts, and billing terms for paid plans are those presented at the time you subscribe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Your content

You and your organization retain ownership of the content you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Mesitelab. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesitelab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
