Your team asks. Mesite gets it done.

Not another chatbot that answers. A layer that takes an internal request, clears your approvals, assigns it to an agent or a person, and hands back the finished work.

What it does

One request, from asked to delivered.

You ask in the AI you already use. The request leaves the chat, runs through the company, and comes back as work that is done.

Under your control

Your rules. Your record. No engineers.

Everything the request just ran through was defined by your team, in Mesite, and can be changed this afternoon.

01

Define the work

Fields and request types are yours to define. Upload a policy PDF and Mesite drafts the request type from it, ready for your review.

02

Set the rules

Per team and per request type: who is notified, who owns it, what clears on its own and what waits for sign-off. You set the thresholds.

03

Change it safely

Admin Studio: draft a request type, simulate it against your own data, publish it behind a go-live gate, roll it back. Every version kept, every change on the record.

04

One record you own

Every request, decision, and edit lives in a system of record that is yours, append-only, structurally isolated per tenant. Kanban, grid, and calendar views plus SLE analytics sit on top of it, not beside it.

Why your company needs this

Modern companies run on service lines.

The most advanced companies are turning every internal department into a service line: AI agents execute the repetitive work, humans hold the judgment calls, and every action stays audited. That is not a trend, it is the new baseline, and the gap between companies that orchestrate and companies that queue is compounding every quarter. Mesite is how you get there without a rebuild.

Standardize every repetitive ask becomes a defined, measurable service

Accelerate AI agents finish in minutes what queues took days to do

Stay in control routing, approval, and audit on every single action

Where we are

Mesite is in early access.

Here is exactly what runs today and what does not. We would rather you knew before you signed up than after.

Live today

Running in production. Create a workspace and use it now.

  • Ask in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity, over MCP
  • Every request recorded in a system of record you own
  • Routing to the right owner, with your approval rules
  • Human sign-off, and an append-only audit of every decision
  • Kanban, grid and calendar views, plus SLE analytics
  • Admin Studio: define request types, simulate, publish, roll back

In beta

Works, and still has edges. Your feedback moves these fastest.

  • The in-product assistant
  • Drafting a request type from a policy document you upload
  • Workspace-level roles and delegated administration

Next

Being built now. Cohort members get these first, and shape them.

  • Agents executing the work and handing back the finished result
  • Slack and Teams as intake surfaces
  • SSO, and self-serve billing

The first 25 teams get everything free through the beta, and help decide the order of that last column. See the Founding Cohort →

Bring order to every request.

Create your workspace free and watch a request run end to end, or tell us about your desk and we’ll set it up with you.

What is Mesite?

An agentic demand orchestration platform. It takes a natural-language request, understands it, records it in a system of record you own, routes it to the right owner, applies your approval rules, and notifies the requester.

Does a human have to approve everything?

Only where you decide it should. Approval is configurable per request type: rules auto-approve when every requirement is met, and human sign-off is reserved for where accountability matters. Every decision is recorded, never overwritten.

Where does my data live?

In a system of record you own, behind structural tenant isolation. The orchestration and the underlying data stay with you.
